Supertails (operated by Pets Centric Private Limited) is an Indian digital-first pet care platform founded in 2021 by Varun Sadana, Aman Tekriwal and Vineet Khanna, headquartered in Bengaluru. The platform combines pet e-commerce (370+ brands and 17,000+ products spanning food, treats, grooming, pharmacy, toys and accessories for dogs, cats and small pets) with fully digital telehealth vet consultations and online pet behaviour training - claiming to be the largest teleconsultation provider for pets in India, having completed 70,000+ online consultations through its in-house veterinary team. Supertails operates an Exclusive Pet Pharmacy for prescription medicines and has opened physical Supertails Clinics in Bengaluru offering routine check-ups, vaccinations, surgeries and diagnostics, alongside at-home vet services. The company runs three private-label brands: Henlo (baked dry dog food, launched July 2022), Skatrs (pet accessories/essentials, launched November 2023), and Scoopy (cat litter). Supertails has raised a total of $58-63.8 million across multiple funding rounds (investors include RPSG Capital Ventures, Fireside Ventures, DSG Consumer Partners, Saama Capital, Sauce VC, Titan Capital, and, per its most recent Series C round in February 2026, new investors Venturi Partners and Nippon Life India AIF), reaching Series C status. The platform serves 1,50,000+ pet parents, delivers to 12,000+ pincodes with 24-hour delivery in 24 major Indian cities, and is headquartered at Indiranagar, Bengaluru.
