Do paid plans really come with a 14-day trial?
Yes. Every paid plan (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) comes with a full 14-day trial — no credit card required. You're only charged after the trial ends, and only if you choose to continue.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my review limit?
We will notify you. New review submissions will be queued — not lost — until you upgrade or the next billing cycle starts.
What does "products (SKUs)" mean?
Each unique product or variant you add to your catalogue counts as one SKU. The widget can then collect reviews against any of those products.
