The company focuses on the care, cure and management of companion animal health through lifestyle disease management products, enzyme-based novel formulations, nutraceutical supplements and routine infection/infestation control formulations, complying with global regulatory standards. Vivaldis has built strategic technology partnerships with international players including Bioiberica (Spain), Catalysis (Spain), Rx Vitamins (US), and Nutramax Laboratories Veterinary Sciences (collaboration announced 2018). Its product portfolio includes orthopaedic care lines (Condrovet, Firotail, Grapitail, Cartail spray) and Rx Weight Management therapeutic food. In March 2023, Sun Pharma (India's largest pharmaceutical company) acquired a 60% stake in Vivaldis for approximately ₹143 crore, marking a major consolidation move in India's animal healthcare space. Vivaldis is also the parent company of Bark Out Loud, its consumer-facing pet food, treats, skincare and supplements brand.
